Hi Carina, the idea of putting it all on blogger is great. Can't wait to see my chapter here! I really appreciate all the time and effort you have devoted to this project. I hope we find a new writer to contribute; if not I will be ready after you, Kathy and Bory are finished. (I hope Bory stays with us! If he doesn't we'll still go on!
